Soaring above 1,500 meters, this honey captures the essence of the Apiaceae family, a collection of aromatic flowering plants that bloom between July and September. These resilient plants flourish in both dry and humid forests, reaching elevations of up to 2,500 meters.
 
Our Mountain Flowers honey is a true symphony of nature is finest notes, featuring treasures like Mountain Ferulago, Lebanon St. John is Wort, Rough Prangos, Hoary Ziziphora, Juniper (العرعر), Ferula Hermonis Boiss (الزلوع), Silybum marianum (milk thistle), and Eryngium campestre (قرصعنة). Each jar is filled with the pure essence of this untouched, high-altitude landscape.
